ALL family accounts must have a signature on file indicating that they have read the Parent & Student Handbook as well as the Enrollment Agreement and any other applicable agreements.
Please use the form below to log in to your family account to sign these agreements.
If your student will be bringing a personal laptop to Quest Academy for schoolwork during the Curriculum Work Study program or for the Intro to Coding class, you must also sign the Technology Agreement.
Students who are in the Cooking Corner and/or Woodshop Workers classes also need to have a signed agreement on file that pertains to the class(es) of enrollment.
